Fake Man, also referred to as "Super Cop" by Mega Man, is a police officer deployed to capture Mega Man and Dr. Wily as they escaped from prison. He made his debut in "On the Lam." He almost catches them on two occasions, but Dr. Wily uses different contraptions to escape him.

History

When Mega Man and Dr. Wily first escaped prison, Fake Man was released out of a capsule by two Cops. Fake Man mentions about his orders to stop both Mega Man and Wily, but he does end up choking and strangling one of the Cops. Fake Man soon interrogates Mega Man and Wily out of the prison, before Wily throws a rock at him to jam him while the two escape into a secret hideout leading to the sewers.

Fake Man soon crashes into the same sewers to chase down Mega Man and Dr. Wily, who also meet up with Guts Man. When Mega Man, Wily and Guts Man reach a dead end leading to a waterfall, Fake Man confronts them before Guts Man jumps down the waterfall. He gunpoint's the two while Wily blames the "one-armed man" (referring to Mega Man) instead. When Mega Man says that he is innocent while Fake Man is not caring at all about this situation, he jumps down the waterfall. As Fake Man warns Wily, the latter gets out a remote to press a button to crush Fake Man with his Rushinator contraption.

Fake Man isn't seen again until the first season finale where he suddenly appears in Dr. Wily's Castle to capture Mega Man and Dr. Wily, but is told by Wily that he shouldn't shoot due to their being bombs all over the castle. His arm cannon fires all over the room before overheating. Afterwards, Dr. Wily heads to Splash Woman's trident and uses it to lift up him and Mega Man into the air on a platform of a spring. Fake Man thought this was actually bullshit and walks away. Fake Man obviously left Dr. Wily's Castle after this.

Fake Man isn't seen again until "The PoPo Situation" where he goes out to get some donuts before Dr. Wily drives and crashes a igloo-shaped car into him. After the car crash, Wily gets out to fight with Fake Man before they suddenly enter a shop. They're soon captured and tied-up by Kurtis Stryker and his sex robot companion GIMP, who picks Fake Man for Stryker and is dragged into a room with him. He is not seen again for the rest of the episode aside from Mega Man calling him a "robot cop raping cop."

Fake Man isn't seen again until the series finale where the severe Fake Man, somehow escaping Stryker's shop, is seen on a street and drops onto the top of the Ghostbuster car driven by Mega Man and Guts Man. Bass questions this and shoots down the tires of a red truck to try to kill the three of them with them. The three end up screaming because of this. Though, Fake Man ends up crashing into the truck with his body parts being severely damaged. Fake Man, being nothing but a severe head, arm and leg, is last seen laying on the ground of the street while Bass, Mega Man X, Zero and Proto Man chase after Mega Man and Guts Man in a car and run over him. His fate is unknown after this.
